For example, we don't have reps in resort, but we do have representative offices for emergencies. We don't offer organised transfers, as we prefer to give you the choice of booking a taxi or car hire to get you quickly and efficiently to your accommodation.

We have also made sure to keep our administration costs as low as possible. We operate lowcost offices so we don't have to pay for expensive property rental. We have outsourced many of our administrative functions to specialists in their field, which means we only pay for the services that we need, and don't employ people we don't need off season.
